Your enquiry is the first step
Sending a form or opening WhatsApp does not confirm a booking or take payment. Share your dates, group size, starting city, destination and any special requirements. Review your message in WhatsApp before sending it.
Check your written quote
Before confirming, ask for the total price and currency, whether it covers the whole group, your route and dates, pickup and drop-off, accommodation, meals, guides, entrance fees and activities. Ask which items cost extra and whether driving and walking times suit your group.
Payment, changes and cancellation
Request the payment schedule, accepted payment methods, cancellation deadlines, refund conditions and any change charges for your specific trip before paying. Do not assume a deposit is refundable. Keep your written quote and booking confirmation. This page explains the enquiry process; it does not replace the terms agreed for your trip.
The information you share
Enquiry forms use details you enter, such as your name, dates, passenger numbers, pickup addresses and trip preferences, to prepare a WhatsApp message. Our team uses information you send by WhatsApp or email to discuss and arrange your request. Share only what is needed; do not send payment-card details, passwords or identity documents through these forms.
WhatsApp, email and website services
WhatsApp and your email provider handle messages under their own privacy terms. External links, social networks and map services have their own policies. Fonts may load from Google, which receives connection information. The hosting service may process technical access logs. This website does not include an online payment checkout.
