Trip Itinerary
In this 2 days Toubkal Trek from Marrakech you climb the highest mountain in North Africa '' Jebel Toubkal ''.
This trip will take you through the Berber villages where you will be hospitalized in a refuge then you will climb to the summit with your local guide.
Day 1: Marrakech - Imlil - Toubkal refuge
Your 2 days Toubkal Trek from Marrakech will begin with a pick up from hotel/ riad around 8 a.m.
Your journey drive will go through the High Atlas Mountains to Imlil village where you will meet your local guide and begin your trek. Your luggage will be loaded by the mules and you will be accompanied by your guide. The trek continues through the village of Armed on the way to the Toubkal refuge.
The local team will prepare a picnic lunch along the way. After lunch, continue to the Toubkal refuge for the night.
Day 2: Summit attempt - Imlil - Marrakech
The second day of your 2 days Toubkal Trek from Marrakech will start early with a breakfast then continue towards the summit.
Before arriving to the summit you will watch the sunrise at the highest of more than 4000 m as you will enjoy the amazing view of the the High Atlas Mountains from the top.
Upon arrival to the summit, you have some time to enjoy the views from the top and feel a very unique and beautiful experience at the top Toubkal mountain.
Finally, you will go back same way through the Berber village to Imlil where you find you driver waiting for you to head back Marrakech where your trip will finish.
