Plan for an early hotel pickup
Our published programme includes hotel pickup by 4x4 before sunrise. The exact departure time is sent by WhatsApp the night before. Give the team your hotel name and address, check that your number can receive messages and keep the morning available until the return arrangements are confirmed.
Separate flight time from the whole excursion
The programme includes welcome Moroccan tea and a flight of 40–60 minutes, depending on safety conditions. That duration describes time in the air, not the complete hotel-to-hotel experience. Ask about the expected return time before making another appointment. A sunrise programme does not guarantee a particular view or exact takeoff time.
Confirm the price and your reservation
A receipt is required to confirm this experience. An enquiry alone is not confirmation. Ask the team which receipt is needed and confirm the final price; an additional charge may apply if your hotel is far from the city centre. Do not assume a meal shown in a gallery photograph is included in the published tea-and-flight programme.
Check changes before the day
The published activity offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. Ask how to submit a cancellation and what happens if the operator changes the programme for safety reasons. Share any participation or assistance needs before confirming so the operator can advise on suitability.
