For an airport pickup
Send the airport, flight number, arrival date and destination address. If your hotel is not booked yet, give the city and say the address is pending. Ask how the driver will meet you and how arrival changes should be communicated. Confirm waiting arrangements and any related charges in your proposal.
For a journey between cities
Give both pickup and drop-off addresses, not just the city names. A stop for sightseeing or a different final destination can change the arrangement, so request it before the trip. Ask whether breaks or intermediate stops are included and confirm the proposed pickup time with the team.
For families and travellers with specific needs
Include the number of adults and children, children's ages, large suitcases and other bulky items. Request child seats in advance and ask the team to confirm availability. Describe assistance, step-free access or vehicle-entry needs clearly so suitability can be checked before you accept the proposal.
Before you confirm
Ask for the total price and currency, vehicle arrangements, what is included and the payment and cancellation terms. Sending the website form opens a WhatsApp enquiry; it does not itself confirm a booking. Keep the written confirmation and the agreed contact details available for your travel day.
